Leinster quartet Tadhg Furlong, Robbie Henshaw, Hugo Keenan and Josh van der Flier are all shortlisted for the European Player of the Year.
The Eastern province knocked out the holders Exeter Chiefs last weekend and will play La Rochelle in the Heineken Champions Cup semi-finals.
In total, there are 15 players nominated for the EPCR prize.
La Rochelle's Gregory Alldritt, Levani Botia, Kevin Gourdon, Raymond Rhule and Will Skelton are on the list, as are four Toulouse players - Antoine Dupont, Jerome Kaino, Julien Marchand and Romain Ntamack.
Completing the line up are Bordeaux's Matthieu Jalibert and Kotaro Matsushima of Clermont Auvergne.
There will be a mixture of a public vote and an expert judging panel to decide upon the winner, who will receive a gold medal and the Anthony Foley Memorial Trophy.
In 2011, Sean O'Brien of Leinster won the coveted award, with his teammate Rob Kearney taking home the gong a year later during their run of back-to-back European titles.
