It may still be in the early stages of 2017, but the Kerry and Limerick footballers are playing on Sunday for the first provincial title of the year.
The two counties meet in the McGrath Cup Final in Limerick at 3pm. The game will be preceded by a Munster Hurling League clash involving the same counties, at 1pm.
In Ulster and Leinster the Dr. McKenna Cup and O'Byrne Cup have reached the semi-final stages. Monaghan v Derry is the standout tie in Ulster, while plenty of attention will be on Dublin's trip to Newbridge to meet Kildare.
Neither of the hurling competitions have reached its final stages yet, but Galway's game away to Laois appears to be the standout tie from the third round of Walsh Cup matches.
