Former Monaghan and Meath manager Seamus McEnaney has been named as the new Wexford manager.
Commonly known as 'Banty', McEnaney has committed to three years with the county. There will be a review at the end of the second year.
McEnaney returns to inter-county management for the first time in over four years. He left his role with Meath in 2012 after spending two years with the county. He was the first non-Meathman to manage their footballers.

A Monaghan native, McEnaney also managed his home county between 2004 and 2010. In his spells with both counties, he led Monaghan to two Ulster finals and Meath to a Leinster decider, but his teams lost all three.
Wexford begin the 2017 season in Division Four, after narrowly missing out on promotion last year. In the Leinster Championship, Wexford play Carlow in the first round, with All-Ireland winners Dublin awaiting the winners in the quarter-finals.
Earlier this month, Davy Fitzgerald was named as Wexford's new hurling manager. He also signed a three-year deal with the county.
