Dublin full-back Rory O'Carroll will line out for Chicago side John McBrides this summer, as the he continues to travel around Central and South America.
The Irish Times report that the three-time All-Ireland winner was recently approached by the McBride’s club to join them for between four and six weeks.
The stint would last from late July in the latter half of the Chicago championship.
O'Carroll informed Jim Gavin in January that he would be taking at least a year away from the inter-county set-up to travel and work in New Zealand.
The stint in Chicago would come before his move to the Southern hemisphere. The 26-year-old has been an ever-present in the Dublin team since 2011.
