The Mayo backroom team continue to sweat over the fitness of Alan Dillon as preparations continue for the All-Ireland football replay with Dublin on Saturday week.
Dillon is expected to be assessed this week after playing just 11 minutes against the reigning All-Ireland champions and was withdrawn with an ankle injury.
"Alan Dillon picked up a collision just in front of the Dublin goal on the front of his foot," manager Stephen Rochford told GAA.ie.
"It is just bruising, there is no structural damage, but Alan's is probably a little bit more of a concern. It will probably be the middle of next week before we know, but he is the only one who there is potentially any doubt about.
"We might know at the weekend whether the pace of the recovery is better than what is gauged at the moment, but really we won't know until the weekend moving into the early part of next week.
"He has had an x ray and a scan, there is no injury as such to the bone, just bruising on the foot. Again it is not on his kicking foot, it is just a case of can he move on it next week, that is the concern. He had signalled to come off just before he kicked the point. Thankfully he was able to manage through for that minute or two."
Evan Regan is another player who's fitness is a concern after suffering a "facial injury" in a clash with Denis Bastick.
Regan replaced Andy Moran in injury time but clashed heads with Bastick and had to be helped from the field. A Spokesperson for the county have been unable to confirm whether or not he had been concussed.
The final replay will take place on Saturday October 1 and the GAA have announced a reduction in ticket prices for the rescheduled game.
Tickets for the Stands will be available for the reduced price of €60 (down from €80). Admission to the Dineen/Hill16 terrace will be for the reduced price of €30 (down from €40).
No Football final has gone to a replay since 2000, when Kerry defeated Galway at the second time of asking.
