Earlier, Co Derry's Slaughtneil booked their place in the decider after they defeated 2014 champions St Vincent's by 0-12 to 0-10 at Pairc Esler in Newry.
Chrissy McKaigue impressed for Slaughtneil as he delivered 0-4 for his club as they reached their second All Ireland senior final in three years. On that previous occasion they lost to Corofin in the decider.
