The 2017 inter-county season is underway.
It's one of the most hopeful days of the year for every county. They are still in the Championship and have yet to lose a game in the National League.
Sunday's games saw matches take place in all four provinces, with the footballers taking centre stage. The likes of Mayo, Kerry, Donegal and Dublin all won to start their seasons with a win.
In hurling, Cork, Limerick, Wexford and Galway also began the year with a win.
