Donegal will play either Cavan or Tyrone in the Ulster final after beating Monaghan in Breffni Park 0-17 to 2-10.
Rory Gallagher's men led from the off and Monaghan really struggled despite scoring two goals in the first half through Shane Carey and a Conor McManus penalty.
Rory Kavanagh was sent off for a high tackle in the second half but they were not to be stopped and will play the winners of tomorrow's other Ulster semi-final replay.
