Kerry will meet defending champions Dublin in the climax of the 2017 Division 1 League campaign, with both sides registering wins this afternoon.
Division 1
Mayo 1-12 - 0-13 Donegal
Monaghan 1-15 - 2-15 Dublin
Roscommon 1-13 - 1-10 Cavan
Kerry 1-21 - 2-11 Tyrone
Dublin trailed Monaghan by seven points at one stage during their clash in Clones, but clawed it back and took the lead in the final minute with a well struck goal by substitute Jack McCaffrey.
It looked as though an upset would be on the cards after a second half Jack McCarron goal put Monaghan clear by five and the Ulster side remained in the ascendancy.
Bernard Brogan's goal dragged Dublin back into the game and scores in the final minutes from Brogan, McCaffrey and Dean Rock secured a 2-15 to 1-15 point victory and their fifth successive League final.
They will come up against old foes Kerry, who held off a late Tyrone rally to book their spot in the final.
The Kingdom ran out 1-21 to 2-11 winners in Fitzgerald Stadium, with Michael Geaney scoring the home side's only goal of the game inside two minutes.
They raced into a 10-point lead in the first half, with Paul Geaney the chief tormentor for the home side.
Peter Harte's two goals for Tyrone in the second boosted the visitors spirits, but Kerry were able to hold on for the victory.

Mayo retained their Division 1 status with a 1-12 to 13 point win over Donegal at Elverys MacHale Park earlier today.
They rallied from four points down in the second half to secure the victory and held on in injury time to preserve their top flight status.
Already relegated Roscommon, meanwhile, did their Connacht rivals a favour by beating Cavan 1-13 to 1-10.
Division 2
Galway 0-14 Kildare 0-13
Clare 1-13 Meath 3-19
Cork 1-10 Down 0-13
Fermanagh 0-13 Derry 2-08
In Division 2, Galway were promoted after a final day victory over Kildare. The home side ran out one-point winners on a scoreline of 0-14 to 0-13 at Pearse Stadium.
Elsewhere in Division 2, Derry beat Fermanagh by 2-08 to 13 points but are relegated alongside their Ulster counterparts.
Division 3
Armagh 0-16 - 3-08 Tipperary
Offaly 3-15 - 4-11 Laois
Antrim 1-13 - 0-16 Longford
Louth 1-11 - 0-17 Sligo
Tipperary scored a late point to guarantee their promotion against Armagh, while Laois and Antrim were both relegated.
Division 4
Carlow 2-14 - 1-07 Wexford
Westmeath 3-26 - 1-09 London
