A dramatic goal from Mark Keane proved to be decisive as Cork came from behind to beat their fierce rivals Kerry at Pairc Ui Chaoimh. The result means that Kerry are now out of the Championship.
Kerry are out of this year's All Ireland Championship after Mark Keane's dramatic goal gave Cork a 1-12 to 0-13 win in their Munster semi-final.
The result means that this year's Munster final will be contested by Cork and Tipperary after The Rebels edged out their fierce rivals at a rain-swept Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
After finishing ten points apiece in normal time, Kerry looked like they were about to close the game out and secure a spot in the provincial final.
Leading by 0-13 to 0-12 in the very final moments, the winning goal came after Luke Connolly, from close to the left sideline, tried a speculative shot for goal.
The ball hung in the air before Mark Keane - who is just back from the AFL - caught the ball and smashed it home from close range. Keane was quiet after coming in off the bench but when a contribution was needed, he delivered in abundance.

It's the first time that Cork has beaten Kerry in the Championship in eight years.
Elsewhere, Mayo booked a place in their first Connacht Football final in five years after beating Roscommon by 1-16 to 0-13 at Dr Hyde Park.
James Horan's charges were full value for their convincing six points victory as a first-half goal from Diarmuid O’Connor on 18 minutes set the tone for what was to follow.
It was a busy day in Leinster too with three quarter-finals down for decision as Laois and Meath progress to the last four.
Laois overcame Longford who were five points up in the second half but went 20 minutes without scoring as the O'Moore County came storming back into the game and kicked seven unanswered points that proved to be the difference.
Meath destroyed Wicklow by 7-14 to 0-7 in Aughrim - debutant Jordan Morris scoring 3-4 in that one.
Elsewhere, Offaly and Kildare are currently playing in their quarter-final.
Finally, in Ulster, Down led by just a point at the interval against Fermanagh but they powered away from their opponents after the restart, with Donal O'Hare netting a goal that ended Fermanagh's hopes. Down face Cavan in the semi-final.
Elsewhere, in the camogie matches, there were wins for Galway, Waterford, and Kilkenny.
