It's a case of another day, another midfielder for Everton who have completed the signing of Abdoulaye Doucouré from Watford.
It's believed he's cost £25million (€27.5m).
He's Everton's third midfield signing of the week, following the arrivals of South Americans Allan and James Rodriguez.
Signed from Rennes in 2016, Doucouré was a near ever-present in each of Watford's last three seasons in the Premier League prior to their relegation.
"I can bring my energy - I am a powerful player, I can run a lot, all the game," the 27-year old told Everton TV.
"I can add goals as well. I will try my best to score goals and help the team.
"It is an ambitious project here and it was a big part of my decision, having [Director of Football] Marcel [Brands] and the coach Carlo Ancelotti wanting me.
"When you come to a club you want the manager and, of course, the Board to support you.
"It was the case with Everton and I was very eager to come here."
Doucouré says he's already sat down for dinner with manager Carlo Ancelotti and his fellow new signings, adding, "He is an amazing person, an amazing guy.
“It was very good to have dinner with him – with James and Allan, as well. We started to know each other.
“I was very impressed by the manager and, most of all, by the person
“We talk most of the time about football but, a lot of the time at the dinner, we spoke about life, about how I am doing, how my life is, if I have a wife, children.
“It was very good and we had a great dinner together.
“I can’t wait to start to work with him on the pitch.
“He won everything, everywhere he was.
“Now he is here and wants to achieve something good for the club.”
