England goalkeeper Dean Henderson has been ruled out of the rest of the European Championships due to a hip issue.
It was set to limit his involvement in training throughout the tournament and Henderson has returned to his club Manchester United for treatment.
He's been replaced this morning by England under-21 'keeper Aaron Ramsdale, who was part of Gareth Southgate's extended squad ahead of the Euros.
Ramsdale played all of England's games at the recent under-21 European championships and was also a member of England's under-19 Euros winning team in 2017.
The Sheffield United stopper will go through the COVID-19 protocols before linking up with the squad in advance of their second group game against Scotland on Friday.
