Dunphy, Giles and Brady set to return to television over Christmas

Eamon Dunphy, John Giles and Liam Brady could be returning to Irish television screens over Christmas.

The three pundits will cover the Premier League games over the busy festive period with Premier Sports, with Ivan Yates presenting.

The games will include Manchester City's trip to Burnley on Tuesday 3rd December as well as the upcoming Merseyside Derby and Arsenal and Brighton's clash on St. Stephen's Day.

The three pundits worked as a panel in RTE from 1998 until 2016 when John Giles departed after 30 years of coverage.

In 2018, Eamon Dunphy also left the national broadcaster after working there for 40 years.

He currently presents a twice-weekly podcast The Stand with Eamon Dunphy.

Liam Brady remains involved with RTE punditry.

Premier Sports currently broadcasts the Premier League Saturday 3pm game.
