Brendan Rodgers would need to be 'mad' to go to Tottenham under chairman Daniel Levy, according to John Giles.
Rodgers denied interest in the job after Leicester's win over Crystal Palace last month.
"It’s not something I’ve thought about. My concentration has been on football. My only focus is here with Leicester," he said.
But rumours have persisted as it looks likely that Leicester will miss out on Champions League qualification and, after winning the FA Cup, Rodgers may feel that the north London side represent a higher ceiling.

Giles believes, however, that Tottenham is something of a basket case at the moment and things could get worse if they lose want-away striker Harry Kane.
"I think they did look at him. I think there was some sort of approach to him and he turned it down. Quite rightly.
"If I was in management now, I wouldn't go to Tottenham - no way. If I had the choice of going to Leicester with the players they have, and what is expected of them... Spurs are in a total mess.
"Even if Kane was there, and I was a manager, I wouldn't go near Spurs. As long as Daniel Levy was there, I wouldn't go near the place. He is what he is, they were one of the teams that wanted to go into the Super League. The Spurs supporters have not been in good form and haven't been for a few years."
Pochettino
As protests against ENIC's ownership and Levy grow, Giles believes that his treatment of a former manager was near-unforgivable.
"What they did to [Mauricio] Pochettino was disgraceful. Disgraceful. He did miracles there, got them to a European Cup final, never out of the top four, and he hadn't spent any money.
'When it came to the point that they lost the Champions League final, Levy was in the papers saying he hadn't won anything for them yet.
"He didn't back him, so put the blame on Pochettino having done what he did.
"I think it is very hard to work with anyone like Daniel Levy. Mourinho wanted to get rid of Dele Alli, he was going on loan to PSG. [Levy] stopped it.
"That is a huge thing to do to a manager."
