Budapest's Puskas Arena had been earmarked as a potential venue for the quarter-final first leg, if travel restrictions had prevented Liverpool from entering Spain.
The Hungarian capital had been kind to Jurgen Klopp's side in recent weeks, hosting back-to-back 2-0 victories over RB Leipzig.
The same easing of travel restrictions will allow Granada to play host to Manchester United at their Los Cármenes Stadium in the Europa League on April 8.
