Team Ireland are continuing to shine in Los Angeles as a further 11 medals makes a total of 35 so far in this year's Special Olympic Games.
Newstalk's Henry Mckean is in California, taking in the excitement from the Ireland camp and bringing news and reaction from the latest victories.
Recent medalist include Nuala Browne from Strabane, who won silver in the rowing; and Anne Hoye, who overcame tough competition to grab silver in bocce.
He also spoke to chairman of the games Timothy Schriver, who spoke about the importance of the event to those with intellectual disabilities, and how we must continue to extend sport to the 300 million people worldwide who suffer from such disabilities.
