World number 1 Rory Mc Ilory briefly threatened on the final day but ended tied for ninth alongside Shane Lowry on level par.
Lowry had a final round 71 while Mc Ilory hit 66.
Wasn't to be for me today. Really enjoyed the buzz of contending on the Sunday of a major. Thanks so much to everyone for your support.
