GOLF
Dustin Johnson is a shot clear of the rest of the field at the Open Championship, where play has just been suspended because of the fading light at St Andrews.
The American is 3-under par after 13 holes today to get to 10-under at the top of the leaderboard.
England's Danny Willett is closest to Johnson on 9-under par ion the clubhouse, with Jason Day and Paul Lawrie just another shot further back.
Irish amateur Paul Dunne has provided one of the stories of the evening. He carded a second consecutive round of 69 to get to 6-under par.
The Greystones man is the leading amateur and the leading Irish player in the field and holds a share of 10th place heading into the weekend.
Of the other Irish players, Padraig Harrington enjoyed a strong finish to his round today to get to 3-under par heading into the weekend.
Darren Clarke is on 1-under par with 5 holes left to play, while Graeme McDowell will be disappointed with a late double-bogey that saw him finish on level par after a second consecutive round of 72.
However, Shane Lowry looks set to miss the weekend cut as he is tied for 84th on 1-over par.

St Patrick's Athletic have moved up to third place after a 2-0 win over Drogheda United tonight at United Park.
Second-half goals from Killian Brennan and Jamie McGrath helped the Saints to leapfrog Shamrock Rovers into third.
Meanwhile, it finished scoreless at the Brandywell, where Derry City and Limerick FC cancelled each other out.
Ten-man Bohemians held out for a 1-0 win over Sligo Rovers at Dalymount Park.
Ismahil Akinade's 31st minute goal for Bohs proved to be the difference between the two sides, despite Anto Murphy getting a straight red card just minutes later for a two-footed tackle.
In the First Division, Finn Harps have regained the top-spot in the table after a 2-0 win over Cobh Ramblers.
And Shelbourne claimed all three points after a 3-1 win over Athlone Town at Tolka Park.
