The American finished level on 12 under with Sergio Garcia and Kevin Kisner at the end of the final round.
Rory McIlroy ended 4 off the lead on 8 under while Padraig Harrington was 2 under and Graeme McDowell was level par.

SOCCER
Arsenal have the chance to go level on points with Manchester City in second pace in the Premier League when they take on Swansea this evening.

There are two games tonight in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.
Cork will be looking to close Dundalk's seven-point gap at the top of the table with a win tonight - they welcome Drogheda to Turners Cross.
Shamrock Rovers will also be desperate to keep alive any title hopes as they go to Richmond Park to take on St. Patrick's Athletic. The game in Inchicore was rescheduled after it was postponed on Friday evening.
Both those matches get under way at 7.45pm.
