OFF THE BALL
Henry Shefflin's interview with Off The Ball's Dave McIntyre was undoubtedly the highlight of the show last night as the Kilkenny legend outlined his reasons for retirement, while Colm 'Wooly' Parkinson had his say on what the GPA can do redress the balance of power that is increasingly with the county managers.

The lads also spoke to performance analyst Séamus Brady about his journey from Meath to being part of Tim Sherwood's backroom team at Aston Villa, while Brazil-based Irish journalist Ewan MacKenna gave us the low-down on preparations for the 2016 Olympics, just 500 days out from the Rio Games.
Keith Wood and Gerry Thornley reviewed Ireland's Six Nations triumph, and had a peak ahead to the World Cup. Keith also had some interesting things to say about Rob Kearney.
SOCCER
The Irish squad are on a rest day today ahead of Sunday's Euro 2016 qualifier with Poland at the Aviva (7.45).
Darron Gibson left the squad yesterday due to injury but Steven Ward remains despite sitting out training since his arrival due to injury.
Assistant boss Roy Keane is encouraged by suggestions that Jack Grealish could be about to commit his international future to Ireland.
The Aston Villa midfielder was born in Birmingham, so could opt to play for England at senior level, even though he's represented Ireland in under-age categories.
Keane worked with him during his brief spell as number two at Villa Park.
"Jack's a good player," said Keane. "We need good, quality players coming through for the bigger picture of Irish football.
"Fingers crossed he'll make the right decision. [I have] a lot time for Jack ... really good player."
Elsewhere, Christophe Berra headed home a late winner as Ireland's Group D rivals Scotland beat Northern Ireland 1-0 in a friendly at Hampden Park last night.
Meanwhile, the Irish Under-21s face Andorra in their Euro qualifier at the RSC tonight (7.45).
GOLF
The Moroccan Open gets under way this morning in Agadir.
Ireland's Damien McGrane will be among the earlier starters today, while Michael Hoey, Kevin Phelan and Peter Lawrie are also part of this week's field.
Later this evening, Graeme McDowell and Shane Lowry will both be in action at the Valero Texas Open.
We are a lucky generation to have been able to watch @ShefflinHenry in his prime. Good luck in your retirement. #kinghenry #thegreatest

GAELIC FOOTBALL
The Offaly and Sligo footballers will both be without key players for the rest of the season because of cruciate injuries.
Offaly captain Paraic Sullivan will have to sit out the rest of the season after rupturing his cruciate ligament.
And Sligo will be without the services of All Star defender Charlie Harrison for this year's Championship campaign after he broke down in training two weeks ago.
We wish Charlie Harrison a speedy recovery #GAA
