David de Gea has branded claims that he is implicated in a sexual assault case as "lies" and insists he is fully focused on Spain's Euro 2016 campaign which gets underway on Monday.
The Manchester United number one was named by a protected witness in connection with a sexual assault case after allegedly arranging a paid encounter between two Spanish U21 players and two women in a Madrid hotel.
The allegations were published in Spanish newspaper El Diario.
The allegations relate to an ongoing investigation into a porn magnate called Ignacio Allende Fernández, otherwise known as Torbe, who was arrested on charges of distributing child porn, human trafficking and sexually abusing minors. He has since been jailed.
"I am the first one to be surprised by this report. I deny it, it is false and nothing more, it is a lie and false," De Gea told a press conference.
