Donald Trump rows back on claims he would use torture and target civilians

Donald Trump has issued a statement outlining that he would reverse his position on the proposal to "take out" the families of terrorists. 

The stance was put forward by Trump on a number of occasions, most recently during the GOP debate on Thursday night after being asked about the issue by one of the moderators.

Friends of a Derry born girl who died from extreme altitude illness last March, have designed a special GAA jersey to celebrate her memory.

Lisa Orsi (22) was holidaying in Indonesia when she fell ill and collapsed following a trek around a volcano. She was subsequently put on a life support machine for almost a month and was surrounded by her family when she passed away.

Study reveals one in four GAA players continued to play after suffering concussion

A study has found that one in four young GAA players has continued playing while suffering from concussion.
 

The survey conducted by NUI Galway spoke with young players aged between 13-25 in clubs around the country. Over 40 per cent of male players wrongly believed that they could overcome the effects of concussion by playing on.
