One of the standout images from Ireland's 2009 Grand Slam win was a touching pitchside moment between Brian O'Driscoll and Jack Kyle.
Kyle helped Ireland to Grand Slam glory in 1948 and 61 years on was able to see the country do it again after a long wait.
Brian was in studio on Off The Ball tonight and recalled the lap of honour in Cardiff which culminated in sharing a glorious moment with Kyle, who passed away today aged 88.
"To meet him on our lap of honour was absolutely brilliant and he talked about being happy to pass on the mantle. We had a quick word," said Brian.
"I'd met him a few times at different dinners over the course of 10 years so I had a bit of a rapport with him. It was lovely to share that moment."
