Tom Brady's jersey from Super Bowl LI is missing!
In what may become one of the most valuable pieces of sports memorabilia, the Patriots #12 jersey went missing from the team's locker room after their historic comeback on Sunday night.
Brady won his fourth Super Bowl MVP award on Sunday night, after leading the team from a 25-point deficit, to win the first Super Bowl to go to overtime.
Speaking on Monday, at the final press conference of Super Bowl week, the 39-year-old admitted that his jersey went missing after the game, and has yet to be found.
"I put it in my bag, and I came out and it wasn’t there any more. It’s unfortunate because that’s a nice piece of memorabilia. If it shows up on eBay somewhere, someone let me know so I can track that down."
Brady only realised the jersey was missing, when celebrations were well underway in the Patriots locker room after the match. It was noticed missing, moments before Patriots owner Robert Kraft joined Brady for a post-match celebration.
