The life of players the Challenger Tour came into full focus in recent days at the Sarasota Open in Florida. A First Round match between Frances Tiafoe and Mitchell Krueger was briefly interrupted by what was going on away from court.
Within earshot of the players, a couple could be heard having sex as the stunned Tiafoe was trying to serve. Once it became known what was happening, the crowd at the Florida venue could not contain their laughter.
The commentator originally assumed the sounds were coming from a video being played, before adding; "At least somebody is having a good night!"
Tiafoe's comments on court were the highlight when he shouted "It can't be that good" in the direction of the noise, much to the amusement of those in attendance.
The "distraction" in the second set did not seem to cause the 19-year-old any problems. He won the match in straight sets.
