Former England defender Ugo Ehiogu has collapsed at Tottenham's training ground.
The former Aston Villa and Middlesbrough centre back is Spurs' current under-23s coach.
In a statement, the club says he is now being treated in hospital and they will provide an update when they have more information on the 44 year old's condition.
"Our Under-23’s coach received immediate treatment on site from our medical staff before being transferred to hospital by ambulance. Everyone at the Club sends their best wishes to Ugo and his family. We shall continue to provide updates when we have further information," said the club on their official website.
Ehiogu was appointed as an under-21 coach at Tottenham in 2014, having coached part time at the club's academy.
