Tottenham Hotspur have announced record revenue for the year ending in June 2016.
It increased by 7% from the previous 12 month period which brings the figure up to just under £210 million (€242 million).
Profit after tax was also up to £33 million (€38 million) from £9.4 million (€10.8 million) in 2015.
Spurs finished that season third in the Premier League and reached the last 16 of the Europa League.
The North London club are on course for another Top 4 finish which would secure further lucrative Champions League football for a second consecutive year.
The club are due to move into a new 61,000 seater stadium in 2018. That will raise home capacity by 25,000 seats in comparison to White Hart Lane.
In the statement, announcing their financial results, the club emphasised: "The Stadium continued to sell out for all Premier League home games, further underlining the need for an increased capacity stadium to meet demand and satisfy a waiting list for season tickets that has now risen to 63,200."
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy added: "We have run this Club on a financially secure basis for the past 16 years, whilst remaining ambitious and with a vision for its future growth and success.
"We continue to focus on ensuring that the future of the Club is protected at all times and therefore, whilst everyone is eager to know if this is our last season at the Lane, we shall only make the decision to decommission our historic White Hart Lane when we have greater certainty on the delivery of the new stadium.
"Our performances on the pitch and the sight of our new stadium taking shape signifies an exciting future."
