Tony Bellew admits that he will only have three more fights if he continues his boxing career.
The 34-year-old defeated former heavyweight world champion David Haye earlier this month and has set his sights on a cruiserweight unification title fight or on a crack at heavyweight strap.
Speaking after the victory, promoter Eddie Hearn said: "That could have been a final eliminator for the world heavyweight title. He's beaten one of the best heavyweights in the world, so as far as I'm concerned he's earned his shot."
Speaking to Sky Sports, Bellew said he would could retire now if he wanted, but could see himself stepping into the ring just three more times.
"Listen, I might never fight again, that's the absolute fact of the matter," he said.
"I'm going to go away for a little break with my family and when I get back I'll have news. I'm going to take a little bit of time to reflect on everything that has happened."

Hearn discussed the possibility of setting up a heavyweight title fight with either WBC champion, Deontay Wilder, or WBO champion, Joseph Parker.
"I think we could bring Wilder or Parker to the UK," Hearn said. "This fight has done great numbers and they aren't going to get that money anywhere else."
But Bellew says he will not be rushed into a decision.
"I'm going to go on holiday and we're going to see how it goes when I get back. I'll know exactly what path I'm going to go down and what I'm going to do."
Asked how much longer he expects to continue boxing and how many fights he would hope to have, he said: "Three, because I'll win the heavyweight championship and I would need two fights to unify the cruiserweight championship, so that's why."
Bellew will be out of action for the foreseeable future as he continues to recover from a fractured knuckle, which may require surgery.
