Ireland's Shane Lowry may not have a tournament win since the WGC Bridgestone Invitational back in 2015, but his game isn't far off the level needed to rack up another Tour victory.
The Offaly man endured a difficult Master's tournament in April - missing the cut agonisingly by one shot.
However, speaking to Newstalk.com recently, he felt he played well for 27 holes and endured a difficult front nine on the second day. He admitted he wouldn't have done anything differently and needs to persevere with his game.
Looking ahead to this week's Wells Fargo Championship, Lowry's statistics back up what he is saying.
According to the PGA Tour's official website, the 30-year-old's tee to green numbers have him well placed to challenge this week. He ranks 20th in total driving, 45th in greens hit, tied 20th in proximity and 27th in strokes gained: tee to green.
He's also seventh in birdie-or-better percentage when going for the green.
This year's Wells Fargo tournament is being played away from its usual home at Quail Hollow which is preparing to host the PGA Championship later this year.

Instead, it's being hosted at Eagle Point Golf Club in North Carolina which has some remarkably similar features to Augusta National.
Both courses have the stamp of Tom Fazio including the undulating topography accompanied by aesthetically pleasing pine trees which frame each hole.

The tournament will also see the return of world number one Dustin Johnson who has recovered from a back injury he sustained falling down some stairs the day before the Masters. He was hotly tipped going into the event which was eventually won by Sergio Garcia.
Lowry will tee off tomorrow alongside Zach Johnson and Ben Martin. Graeme McDowell will play with Nick Watney and Hudson Swafford while Seamus Power will accompany Jonathan Randolph and Brad Fritsch.
