Former Republic of Ireland captain Robbie Keane is still without a club.
The striker left LA Galaxy at the end of last season, but has yet to sign for a new club. He has been linked heavily with Preston North End, and also trained with Al-Ahli in Dubai.
Keane is currently based in Dublin, and he has joined Shamrock Rovers' training sessions in a bid to maintain his fitness. The Irish Independent report that Keane is not set to sign with the Premier Division side.
Speaking on Soccer AM in January, Keane said he was likely to join a British club, and had hoped to have the deal sorted before the January transfer window closed.

As a free agent, Keane can sign for any club outside the transfer window. There is no time limit on when the 36-year-old can join his next team.
Despite joining Shamrock Rovers for the week, there will be familiar faces at the Tallaght-based side. The club's Sporting Director Stephen McPhail is a former club and international teammate of Keane, while Damien Duff works with Shamrock Rovers as the clubs' Under-15 head coach. He also works with Stephen Bradley's first team.
Keane is Ireland's record goalscorer and record caps holder. His tally of 68 goals is unlikely to be broken any time soon.
