Ireland flanker Peter O'Mahony returns to captain the Munster side to face Zebre in Italy on Saturday in their Guinness PRO12 Championship clash.
The Munsterman starred in Ireland's 13-9 win over England last weekend after taking his place in the starting line-up at short notice after Jamie Heaslip pulled up in the warm-up.
Dave Kilcoyne, Niall Scannell and John Ryan are named in the front row with Dave O’Callaghan and Billy Holland in the second row.
Tommy O’Donnell and Jack O’Donoghue join O'Mahony in the back row.
Duncan Williams and Tyler Bleyendaal are paired at half-back with Rory Scannell and Jaco Taute completing the midfield.

Ronan O’Mahony and Darren Sweetnam are named on the wings with Andrew Conway starting at full-back.
Rhys Marshall, James Cronin, Stephen Archer, Darren O’Shea, Conor Oliver, Angus Lloyd, David Johnston, Dan Goggin are all named on the bench.
Munster go into the game in third spot on 63 points - three behind leaders Leinster who face Cardiff on Saturday.
