PSG agree £70 million fee for Aubameyang

Paris Saint Germain have agreed a £70 million fee for Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The 27 year old has been widely sought after from teams such as Liverpool, Arsenal and both Manchester clubs. In the 2014/15 season he scored 25 goals for Dortmund and the following season replicated that amount. He was the top scorer in this seasons Bundesliga scoring an impressive 31 goals in 32 league appearances and scored 40 goals in all competitions.

Although current PSG centre forward Edinson Cavani had a very impressive season, The french club surrendered the league title this year to their close rivals Monaco - only one season after the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Aubameyang has been widely talked about as being one of the best forwards in world football.

It has been a tough few seasons for Dortmund fans who have seen some of their best players leave the club - Robert Lewandowski, Mats Hummels, Ilkay Gundogan and now Aubameyang.

They have also had to deal with losing their manager Thomas Tuchel after his departure yesterday, in what could be a long summer at the Westfalenstadion.
