Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho says Paul Pogba will miss their derby with Manchester City on Thursday.
The world's most expensive player limped off during their weekend win at Burnley in the Premier League.
Mourinho says the midfielder's injury has been caused by a bloated fixture list.
"He played two hours against Anderlecht and then he was playing two days later 90 minutes against Burnley, so there are injuries [that are] a consequence of fatigue," he said.
United beat Anderlecht narrowly over two legs to reach the Europa League semi finals against Spanish side Celta Vigo with the first leg next week on May 4th and the return coming seven days later.
The quarter final econd leg against Anderlecht at Old Trafford resulted in season ending injuries for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo after both suffered serious knee injuries.
Before then they have the derby against City on Thursday as well as another Premier League fixture just three days later against Swansea on Sunday.
In between both legs of the Celta Vigo tie, United also face Arsenal at the Emirates on May 7th.
Ahead of the derby, the red half of Manchester finds itself just one point behind fourth place City in the race for a the final Champions League spot and victory for either side would be a big step towards qualification.
