Borussia Dortmund defender Marc Bartra has described the bomb attack on team bus as the "longest and hardest 15 minutes of his life".
The Spain international suffered a fractured wrist which required surgery after explosions took place near the Dortmund team bus before the Champions League quarter final first leg against Monaco.
He was the only player injured in the incident.
The former Barcelona player will be back in action for his club in a month's time and he took to Instagram to share some thoughts on what happened.
"The pain, sense of panic and uncertainty of not knowing what was happening or how long it would go on... they were the longest and hardest 15 minutes of my life," he said of the attack on the bus, before continuing: "When I look at my swollen and badly injured wrist, do you know what I feel? Pride. Pride in the sense that the only damage [the attacks] tried to do to us on Sunday resulted in nothing more than [my injury].
