Borussia Dortmund's Marc Bartra has tweeted his best wishes to his team mates ahead of this evening's re-arranged UEFA Champions League quarter final first leg against AS Monaco.
The 26 year old defender was injured in the blasts that rocked the Dortmund team bus last night as they departed for the stadium.
The Spain international, who came through Barcelona's youth ranks before joining Dortmund in 2016, underwent surgery for a broken bone in his hand after being injured by shattered glass from the coach's windows.
Bartra had been sitting beside Borussia Dortmund's Swiss goalkeeper Roman Buerki in the back row of the bus at the time of the explosion.
Buerki said players ducked for cover, wondering if there would be more explosions to follow.
Following surgery, Bartra tweeted out a good luck message to his team-mates in Spanish and English:
Hello! As you can see I am doing much better. Thanks for all your messages! All my strength to my team mates, fans and to @BVB for tonight!

The game against Monaco has been re-arranged for a 5.45pm kick off this evening after it was postponed following the incident last night.
An "Islamist" suspect has been detained by police investigating the bomb attack on the team bus.
Two letters left at the scene of the blasts reportedly linked it to German involvement in the fight against Islamic State in Syria.
