LeBron James bagged a career high ninth triple-double of the season as the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Orlando Magic 116-104.
"King" James finished the game with 24 points, 13 assists and 12 rebounds as the defending champions won for the first time in five games and improved their overall record to 43-21. Kyrie Irving also chipped in with 22 points for Cleveland.
The Cavaliers still top the Eastern Conference although the Washington Wizards and the Boston Celtics are only a couple of games back.

Russell Westbrook led the charge as the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Utah Jazz 112-104. Westbrook scored 33 points along with 14 assists and 11 rebounds as the Thunder improved to 27-29 while the Jazz drop to 41-25.

Elsewhere, Chris Paul dropped 30 points as the LA Clippers overcame the Philipedphia 76ers 112-100 to improve to 40-26. The Detroit Pistons beat the New York Knicks 112-92; the New Orleans Pelicans overcame the Charlotte Hornets 125-122; the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 102-95 while the Toronto Raptors lost to the Miami Heat 104-89.

The Gold State Warriors continue to struggle without Kevin Durant and went down 107-85 to the San Antonio Spurs; the Atlanta Hawks won in Memphis against the Grizzles 107-90; the Phoenix Suns pipped the Dallas Mavericks 100-98; the Washington Wizards scraped past the Portland Trailblazers 125-124 while the Denver Nuggets beat the Sacramento Kings 105-92.
