Former Wales international Jonathan Davies says Scarlets are capable of upsetting Leinster this Friday night at the RDS, so long as they enter the game high on confidence.
The Welsh side finished third in the table, but have won their last five games on the bounce. Among those were wins over reigning PRO12 champions Connacht and rivals Ospreys.
Their last defeat came against Leinster back in March, but Davies says that they can pull off an upset if they approach the game the right way.
"The favourites heading into the semi-finals are Leinster and Munster," he told Off The Ball.
"They've been the flagbearers for the PRO12, but I think the Scarlets have come in under the radar. They've had a good consecutive run of wins and a nice balance in their forwards and backs.
"They're playing an attractive style of rugby where Ken Owens, Rob Evans and Samson Lee are all encouraged to play."
Davies added to pull off a win in Dublin, Wayne Pivac's side will need to embrace a more physical approach to unsettle Leinster.
"The main thing is that the forwards are really getting stuck in. If they can get a bit of parity with the Leinster forwards and go into the game with a bit of confidence, they might be able to get a result out in Leinster."
