After scoring 185 goals for Arsenal in his career, Ian Wright remains a legend in north London.
The 53-year-old regularly tweets about the club during matches. He is an unashamed Arsenal fan, but his mood before, during and after the match against Bayern Munich were very contrasting.
Feeling very optimistic about Arsenal tonight🤔. Time to banish the last 16 hoodoo 💪💪💪

Last week, Wright revealed to BBC Radio 5 live that he felt Wenger's time was coming to a close. After Wednesday night's event, that departure could be hurried.
"He didn’t say to me: ‘I’m leaving at the end of the season’ but … I just get the impression in him and looking at him that’s it", Wright revealed. "I think that’s it. He actually mentioned when we were talking that he’s coming to the end. I’ve never heard him say that."
His twitter account shows the anguish all Arsenal fans went through in Munich.
