Former Leinster head coach and Australia rugby international Matt O'Connor will once again take charge at English Premiership side Leicester Tigers.
He was head coach at the Premiership side for three years from 2010 under then director of rugby Richard Cockerill.
O'Connor went on to become head coach at Leinster for two seasons.
His first campaign saw him win the 2013-14 Pro 12 title, beating Glasgow Warriors in the final.
The province exited the Heineken Cup at the quarter final stage after a defeat to Toulon that season.
O'Connor's second season at Leinster would be his final one with the Irish province as they again lost to Toulon in Europe - this time in the semi finals - but missed out on the Pro 12 playoff places.
O'Connor will take over at Leicester early next month, after Cockerill was sacked in January. He will replace outgoing head coach Aaron Mauger.
Leicester are currently a point outside the Top Four in their domestic table.
They were in the same European Rugby Champions Cup pool as Munster this season but missed out on the quarter finals after finishing third behind the Irish side and Glasgow Warriors.
Explaining the decision to turn to O'Connor, Leicester Tigers chairman Peter Tom CBE told the club's official website: "We are delighted that Matt O'Connor has accepted an offer to return to Welford Road.
"The club has conducted an exhaustive search to find who we feel is the right person to take the team forward and this brought up the names of a number of potentially very good coaches. One of the most significant factors in our deliberations was experience of the Premiership and what it takes to win the competition.
"Matt has that experience as head coach during a successful period which brought three league titles, an Anglo-Welsh Cup and the club's most recent appearance in the European Cup Final. The team also topped the try-scoring figures in the Premiership four times in that five-year period with Matt in charge of the attack."
