Dublin to face Clare in relegation play-off

Dublin will face Clare in the Allianz National Hurling League relegation play-off after both sides lost on Sunday.

Kilkenny dispatched Dublin at Parnell Park by 2-20 to 1-16 while Clare lost a cracker against Waterford 2-21 to 1-22.

There will be a coin toss to decide who has home advantage in the play-off while Clare won by two points when the sides met in the league a fortnight ago.

Elsewhere in Division 1A Cork beat Tipperary by a point: 0-26 to 3-16 at Pairc Ui Rinn. 

Tipperary will play Offaly in the quarter-final while Cork take on Munster rivals Limerick. Waterford will play Galway while Kilkenny face Wexford.

Laois and Kerry will contest the Division 1B relegation play-off while Carlow and Antrim will face each other in the Division 2A final. Armagh were relegated to Division 2B while Meath and Wicklow will decide who replaces them.

Roscommon and Mayo will contest the Division 2B relegation play-off. 

Tyrone will play Donegal in the Division 3A final while Warwickshire and Longford will contest the Division 3B final.

All dates, times and venues will be confirmed by the GAA on Monday.
