The Masters is one of the great sporting events of the year, and it never fails to bring the drama and tension.
It attracts the dedicated and casual fan alike as the Georgia course puts the world's best to the ultimate test. The course itself is always in impeccable condition and the pin placements throughout the event ramp up the tension to allow the battle to unfold each 'Masters Sunday'.
The final round duel this year between Sergio Garcia and Justin Rose rightly takes it place in the annals of Masters' history.
As the rest of the field fell away, the momentum ebbed and flowed between the European duo and longtime friends, as they battled for the coveted green jacket and the first major of the year.

Coming down the stretch it looked as if the Englishman had done enough to keep the Spaniard at bay but Garcia rallied to the point where he had a putt to win on the last hole. His effort drifted just wide and the drama would continue into a play-off.
Rose's wayward drive ultimately cost him his second career major but he'll be back. This course suits him and when you know the feel of the place, you can compete here for years to come. Just ask Fred Couples.
As for Garcia, it was quite clear that a huge weight had been lifted from his shoulders with his maiden major win. The fiery Spaniard had come close on numerous occasions previously in golf's big four only to collapse at the final hurdle. This could be the start of something special for him.
Jordan Speith's dramatic meltdown on Amen Corner last year which cost him six shots over three holes shows what this course can do to even those who know it best. The young Texan was rampant at Augusta on the way to his 2015 win with a tournament score of 18-under.
