Chelsea are on the verge of the Premier League title after relegating Middlesbrough at Stamford Bridge.
A 3-0 win confirms that Steve Agnew's men will play second tier football next season after just one year in the top flight after achieving promotion from the Championship last season.
It also leaves Chelsea seven points clear of second placed Tottenham, with three games to go and one more win will seal a second league title in three years.

Antonio Conte's side can become champions at West Brom on Friday night with victory.
Diego Costa gave Chelsea the lead after a lofted cross found him at the far post and he slotted in from close range on 23 minutes.

Chelsea put the icing on the cake on 64 minutes after Cesc Fabregas set up Nemanja Matic for a goal.
