They will make a "Proposal of Application Notice to Glasgow City Council" in the hope of building a hotel, museum and other amenities.

The last major redevelopment in the area was when the club rebuilt their ground which now holds a capacity of just over 60,000 although they recently spent roughly £500,000 creating a "safe-standing" area in one section of the ground.
If the plans get the green light, it will be more good news for the club. They have won the last five Scottish league titles and are currently on the hunt for a domestic treble.
They won the League Cup last November, have a commanding 24 point lead at the top of the league and have progressed to the quarter-final of the Scottish cup.
