Pat Lam is still waiting on the return of Bundee Aki among others ahead of Connacht's Guinness PRO12 clash with Cardiff Blues this weekend.
The PRO12 champions travel to Wales this Sunday and are likely to look to trio Ronan Loughney, Eoghan Masterson and Stacey Ili who have all recently returned to full fitness.
Aki's ankle injury continues to keep him sidelined and the 26-year-old continues to undergo rehabilitation. He and Eoin Griffin, who is suffering from a chest injury, are both set to return in "the next few weeks".
There's good news for Conor Carey who is continuing his recovery from his foot injury and is due to return to play in mid-March.
Ivan Soroka, meanwhile, will have to undergo minor knee surgery and looks for an early March return. No date has been given to Andrew Browne as he continues rehabilitation from ankle surgery and will also return to play in "the next few weeks".
Cian Kelleher (hamstring) and Josh Rowland (knee) will both be monitored by medical staff, but a return is not expected until at least next month.
Marnitz Boshoff (shoulder) is progressing well in his rehabilitation and will return to play in mid-March.
Darragh Leader (hand) is progressing well and due to return in March.
