Nemani Nadolo loves Cork hurling

Tomás O'Leary is spreading the gospel of hurling to France.

The former Ireland scrum-half is with Montpellier on a short-term deal, and he is clearly keeping an eye on Cork'd fortunes back home.

Whether intentional of not, O'Leary has seen his teammate and Fijian international Nemani Nadolo fall in love with the game. On Twitter, the 29-year-old said the sport was like watching hockey and rugby.

O'Leary was a prestigious underage hurler winning an All-Ireland minor title with Cork in 2001 as captain. Nadolo has been learning about the game from the 33-year-old, improving his knowledge of the ancient game.

Nadolo has even gone as far as saying he may line out for O'Leary's Erin's Own and he could become an honorary Ó hAilpín, joining Sean Og and Setanta, both of whom have Fijian ancestry.
