There were three provincial deciders taking place around the country today as two familiar sides retained their titles and Ulster have brand new football champions.
A second-half goal was crucial from TJ Reid as Ballyhale of Kilkenny beat Carlow's St. Mullins to retain their AIB Leinter Senior Club Hurling Championship crown.
1-21 to 15 points was the final score at O'Moore Park in Portlaoise as Henry Shefflin's Ballyhale kept their quest to win back-to-back All-Ireland titles on track.
Nemo Rangers of Cork retained their AIB Munster Senior Football Championship title meanwhile.
They also got some revenge on 2015 Clonmel Commercials; who beat them with a goal with the last kick of the game four years ago and are Munster champions for the 17th time.
The Nemo defence, which has not conceded more than 10 scores in any championship game this year, kept Commercials to four points from play overall and the Cork champions won 15 points to 6.
They'll now face Galway's Corofin, who are chasing three All-Ireland titles in a row in the semi-finals in January.

In Ulster then there were emotional scenes as Down's Kilcoo finally got over the line to win the AIB Ulster Senior Football Championship for the very first time.
2-11 to 2-9 was the final score between them and Donegal's Naomh Conaill as Mickey Moran led them to success in his very first year in charge as they banish the hurt of losing at this stage in 2012 and 2015.
They'll now face the winner of Ballyboden and Eire Og for a place in the last four.
