GAA confirm details for Allianz Hurling League final

The GAA has confirmed the fixture details for the upcoming Allianz National League hurling final as well as the EirGrid Under-21 Football decider.

The hurlers of Clare and Waterford will clash in Thurles on Sunday, May 1st, with throw-in at 3.30pm.

The two counties will return to Semple Stadium in two week's time after wins there yesterday.

Waterford booked their place with a comprehensive victory over Limerick while Clare defeated All Ireland champions Kilkenny in their semi-final.

Meanwhile, Cork and Mayo will go head-to-head in the final of the EirGrid Under-21 All-Ireland Football championship after their semi-finals wins over Monaghan and Dublin respectively.

That game will go ahead in Cusack Park in Ennis on Saturday, April 30th with a 6pm throw-in.
