Rob Gronkowski is no stranger to the odd party, and to celebrate the fact that the off season had started and he could take some time to relax, the New England Patriot decided a party cruise was the only way to do it.
The player and his family hosted the event on a three day expedition on a boat, which was dubbed Gronk's Party Ship, leaving from Miami and heading to a private island which had been booked in the Bahamas.
Gronkowski booked a number of artists to perform at the event, including Flo Rida, Redfoo and Waka Flocka Flame, all of whom contributed to it being "the most turnt up event ever".
Appreciate the artist and DJ's for coming on and making this the most turnt up event ever. pic.twitter.com/NxwYLEu9mR

Always been a dream of mine to turn up like no other on a big stage. Blessed to have this opportunity. Hard work sure pays off.

It seems that all those in attendance, including the Gronk family, had a great time, especially 'Papa Gronk'.
Papa Gronk just being The Innovator he is. #MardiGronk

On Monday night, Gronkowski took to Twitter to declare the cruise officially over and promise Patriots fans that he would be back in the gym soon, after getting some sleep.
Given the success of the event and Gronk's love of a party, there may be another one in the works for next year.
