As dad jokes go, Phil Mickelson landed Nick Faldo with a belter - leaving the audience wondering whether he has a career in television looming.
Journalist Lawrence Donegan joined us from San Francisco, close to the Harding Park course that is currently hosting Mickelson et al for this year's tournament.
Far from the action - which is tightly-bunched at the top of the leaderboard with Dustin Johnson at the top of the list - was Mickelson's turn on CBS Sports.

The dad joke that could be seen from space.
Regardless, attention turned to whether Mickelson may end up being a good addition to golfing coverage.
"The thing is that Mickelson can go and play on the PGA Champions' Tour, but he has shown absolutely no inclination to do it!
"Tony Romo, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, retired early and went to CBS. They pay him $17m-a-year. That is more than he got as a quarterback. You just wonder if Mickelson is looking at this and thinking: 'I'm good at this.' And he is; he is brilliant.
"And Faldo is - no offence - rubbish. He mispronounces names, he doesn't do any preparation. You just imagine that this was Mickelson's audition for the gig. I can't imagine they won't take the chance if they get it."
Phil Mickelson: next TV pundit?
Would Mickelson suit the gig?
"Mickelson is still out there; he still has to hang around these guys. He said that Dustin Johnson was a great putter - I had to laugh at that! I know that Johnson is leading the game in strokes and putts this week, but he is not a great putter.
"Can you imagine if he slaughtered Brooks Koepka, and Koepka saw him in the locker room the following afternoon?"
