The Marussia F1 team has gone out of business.
More than 200 people have lost their jobs at the Banbury-based outfit.
FRP Advisory, who are Marussia's administrators, says it is "deeply regrettable" that the team has had to cease trading.
It comes weeks after one of their drivers, Jules Bianchi, suffered severe head injuries in a crash at the Japanese Grand Prix.
Britain's Max Chilton had been racing for them as one of their main drivers since the start of the 2013 season.
